How long does production take?
Most reunion orders ship in 5–7 business days. Custom AI Pack orders take a little longer the first time — typically 1–2 days for the design phase, then 5–7 business days for production.
What if a cousin doesn't fill in their size?
You'll see a live progress page showing who's responded and who hasn't, with a one-click 'remind them' button. If someone never responds, you can skip them or default them to a size — your call.
Can I order shirts AND hats together?
Yes. With the Custom AI Pack, your one design applies to every product you add — tees, hoodies, hats, koozies, totes, mugs. Mix and match.
Can the shirts ship to different addresses?
Yep. When you send the sizing invites, each family member can pick 'ship to me' (they enter their address) or 'ship with the family order' (it goes to you). Different shipping costs apply per address — we show the total up front.
What's the minimum order?
No hard minimum, but Essentials Packs are priced in pack sizes (typically 10, 20, or 30 of one product) for the best per-unit pricing. Custom AI Pack starts at one of each product type, but you almost always want more than that for a reunion.
Can I see a proof before you print?
Yes. Custom AI Pack always shows you the design before you commit — and you've got two free revisions if the first round isn't quite right. Essentials Pack shows a live preview as you type your family name, so what you see is what we print.
What about returns?
Custom printed items can't be returned for a refund (industry standard), but if anything arrives misprinted, damaged, or wrong-sized vs. what was ordered, we'll reprint it on us. Email hello@reuniongoods.com within 14 days of delivery.
Are shirt sizes standard?
We print on Bella+Canvas 3001 (slim-modern fit) for tees and Gildan 18500 for hoodies. Both run pretty true to size. Our AI Size Suggester takes your height, weight and fit preference and matches you to the right size for the brand on your order.
